  1. Hi Roue,
I found your blog when trying to find someone who spun.
Since you live in Olympia, you might want to check out that issue of the magazine from the library. I just looked at the trl site & this issue is sitting on the shelf in two libraries, so place it on hold “now” for pickup where you go usually. (The only magazine I’ve finally broken down & begun a subscription for is Simply Knitting, because Borders, BN, & Joanns, always got so few in, the new issue would be sold out in a day or two & I only checked every couple of weeks.)

But, you might like this cardigan – garn has 1000’s of free patterns, like Lion Brand, but, as with them, not many for men!

or these his & her cardigans

Lion Brand has a very difficult/time consuming search system, but…. just giving up & typing in men cardigan gives several possibles on this page (several have a women in the photo, but you just reverse the buttons & buttonholes)

    take care,
    Charlotte

  3. I live in the south where it is hot and our house is closed up with the air conditioner on from May until the first cool day in the fall. I can think of nothing more refreshing than opening up the windows and letting the fresh air in!
